Is the quote really free?

Why can't you give me a price over the phone?
Because a price given without seeing the site is an estimate, not a commitment. We will gladly give you a ballpark figure over the phone, but the final price is set after an on-site assessment. This is the only way to ensure there are no surprises on your bill.
How quickly do you respond?
For an emergency, we will find the closest available team and provide you with a realistic timeframe as soon as you call. For planned work, the date is set with you when the quote is signed, and we will adhere to it.
Do you intervene at night and on weekends?

Should we break the door to open it?
In the vast majority of cases, no. A door that has simply slammed shut can be opened without damage. Drilling the cylinder is only considered when the door is locked with a key or the lock has been forced – and you will be informed of this beforehand, along with the cost.
Can you coordinate multiple trades?
That's exactly where we come in. For a bathroom renovation, for example, plumbing, electricity, tiling, and painting follow a precise order. We manage this schedule: you have only one contact person and one invoice.
Do you work with insurance companies?
We provide detailed, itemized quotes and invoices that can be directly used for an insurance claim. We can also document the intervention with before/after photos if your insurer requests it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank card, bank transfer, cheque and cash within the legal limit. For large-scale projects, a payment schedule can be arranged and will be included in the quote.
Do you work for professionals and condominiums?
Yes. Shops, offices, trustees and landlords represent a significant part of our activity: maintenance contracts, recurring interventions, refurbishment before re-letting. We adapt invoicing to your administrative constraints.
Do you sell equipment?
No. We are a service company: we supply and install the necessary equipment for the intervention, but we do not sell equipment only.
