Is the quote really free?
Yes, unconditionally. The travel to establish the quote and the quote itself are never billed to you, even if you decide not to proceed. You only pay if you sign and we intervene.
Why can't you tell me a price over the phone?
Because a price given without having seen the site is an estimate, not a commitment. We are happy to give you a rough idea over the phone, but the final price is set after an on-site assessment. This is the only way to avoid surprising you with additional charges on the invoice.
How quickly do you respond?
For an emergency, we will find the nearest available team and give you a realistic timeframe as soon as you call. For planned work, the date is set with you when the quote is signed, and we stick to it.
Do you intervene at night and on weekends?

Should I break the door to open it?
In the vast majority of cases, no. A door that has simply been slammed shut can be opened without damage. Drilling the cylinder is only considered when the door is locked with a key or the lock has been forced — and you will be informed beforehand, along with the cost.
Can you coordinate multiple trades?
This is precisely our interest. For a bathroom renovation, for example, plumbing, electricity, tiling and painting follow each other in a precise order. We manage this schedule: you have only one contact person and one invoice.
Do you work with insurance companies?
We provide detailed, itemized quotes and invoices that can be used directly for an insurance claim. We can also document the intervention with before/after photos if your insurer requests it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank card, bank transfer, cheque and cash within the legal limit. For large projects, a payment schedule can be set up and will then appear on the quote.
Do you intervene for professionals and co-ownerships?
Oui. Les commerces, bureaux, syndics et bailleurs représentent une part importante de notre activité : contrats d'entretien, interventions récurrentes, remises en état avant relocation. Nous adaptons la facturation à vos contraintes administratives.
Do you sell equipment?
No. We are a service company: we supply and install the equipment necessary for the intervention, but we do not sell equipment alone.
